Windmax wind generators converted to 12 volts

voir la vidéoA quick update of how well these wind turbines charge when converted down to 12 volts. Most people don't realize that you can buy any turbine rated at 48v or 24v and get them working at 12v much more efficiently (you just need bigger wire). They begin charging at around 5-6 mph real world (not like they claim for those PMAs that won't even turn until 10-11 mph). By the way, I'm not affiliated to people that sell or make Windmax turbines, I just share what I think so others will not waste months of time or good money like I did trying things that just don't scale well.
