Je me suis achetée une bouteille de 1.5l que je remplie chaque matin. Respecter ma routine À LA LETTRE! Ma routine: Me vaporiser les cheveux à chaque soir ( mix d'eau et HV + (jus aloès ou conditionner ou etc) Me vaporiser de l'infusium 1 matin sur deux Masser mon cuire chevelu ( relaxant et bon pour la circulation) Me tresser les cheveux avant de m'endormir et faire un marè tét ( tissus de soie). Bain d'huile ou prépoo la veille de mon shampooing Shampoing, puis masque hydratant 1 fois la semaine. ****Co-wash, puis masque au protéine**** Le plus: gel hydratant de mon cru à chaque matin.
